The Kingdom Foundation’s next one hundred years is dedicated to its vision of a thriving region for all Kingdom Citizens. This commitment includes meeting the most pressing needs of the community by listening to and supporting the individuals working tirelessly every day to make their communities stronger. Achieving sustained progress requires that we work in partnership with community residents and with an open mind to how and what we might learn from them. The Foundation’s mission is to bring Light to darkness, Structure to formlessness and where there is a Void - We Fill It!!! (LSV)

The Kingdom Foundation will implement a general operating funding program known as LSV Grants. LSV Grants will provide stability for core nonprofit partners delivering services that are essential for thriving communities, including basic human needs, healthcare, community safety, arts and culture, immigration services, nonprofit sector sustainability, sustainable development and economic and community development. LSV Grants fulfill the Foundation's fundamental commitment to improve well­ being for all residents in the region, with a hyper­focus on those with the least. LSV Grantees are distinguished by their strong organizational health, recognized strategies, the nature and quality of advice provided, and the communities served.  

Foundation staff will proceed with the implementation of other strategic plan elements, including grants to inspire philanthropy by strengthening the fundraising capacity of nonprofits to better serve communities, as well as grants to engage residents through training and implementation of Social Labs. Social Labs are a methodology for engaging and empowering community residents to collectively identify, design and rapidly test prototype solutions for the most challenging issues facing their communities. An additional element of the Social Labs methodology is to connect community residents to decision makers and funders. The Foundation will host a Social Lab cycle that engages residents in several neighborhoods of the community to consider ways to create more resilient livelihoods for youth.
